2. The competition closing date is subject to change without prior notice.
3. The winner(s) will be notified in writing.
4. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize is not transferable and has no monetary value and no alternative will be offered.
6. No purchase necessary to enter and there is no charge to enter via the website.
7. The winner must claim the prize within 3 months of notification.
8. The wedding bouquet preservation process must commence within 12 months of the competition closing date.
9. Flowers must be delivered to Alma Makes Ltd. in a suitable condition for preservation. Guidelines on packaging and shipping will be provided.
10. Free collection/delivery is available within Surrey. For winners outside this region, postage and packaging costs will apply.
11. All participants will receive a discount code for Alma Makes Ltd.’s wedding bouquet preservation services. The code will be sent via email after the giveaway concludes and will be valid 6 months.
12. By entering you agree to your details being shared with the prize provider for their own marketing purposes only, not to be disclosed to a third party.
13. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over and over who are planning their wedding. It is specifically designed for engaged couples looking to preserve their wedding flowers as a timeless keepsake.
14. Entries are open until 31st January 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
15. The winner will be selected at random by County Wedding Magazines and notified in writing. Alma Makes Ltd. will then coordinate directly with the winner for prize fulfilment.
16. Alma Makes Ltd. reserves the right to use images of the completed prize for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the winner.
17. Alma Makes Ltd. is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by postal services or third-party couriers.
