Brooklands Museum, Weybridge
Brooklands Museum is a wedding venue steeped in history. Since opening in 1907, the property has been through two World Wars, the Jet Age and beyond.
It's a place of great endeavour, achievements and has spawned many great pioneers, drivers, aviators and engineers. Couples will able to browse through the archives and get an insight into its wonderful history.
Take advantage of the many photo opportunities such as under the wings of the first production Concorde, the oldest remaining British motor racing track or next to remarkable motor racing vehicles. Couples can make the day extra special by booking a driving experience on part of the old track in an exhilarating racing car.
Celebrate in style
All function spaces are licensed for ceremonies, and couples can even tie the knot in a Concorde plane. The Art Deco rooms are flooded with natural light and offer views of either the Motoring Village, Original Finishing Straight or the Aircraft Park.
The Napier Room can accommodate 180 guests for the service and 250 for the reception. Alternatively, the Vickers Suite can be used with space for 100 loved ones throughout the day. The Bluebird Room can hold 80 friends and family for the ceremony and 100 for the evening celebration.
For those looking for something quirky, the Concorde is capable of holding 60 nearest and dearest. The Original Members' Bar and outside balcony can also be used for reception drinks.
We love...
The museum holds one wedding a day, ensuring couples have the team's undivided attention. They'll also receive a complimentary menu tasting and concessionary rates at some of the local hotels.
